Delivery and haul-away

Logistics are separated from the appliance decision.

Delivery, old appliance removal, and installation-related support depend on postcode, access, timing, route availability, appliance size, and whether a batch or single item is being requested.

Delivery is priced separately unless a written quote clearly includes it.
Old appliance haul-away is a separate operation and depends on access, item size, route planning, and disposal requirements.
Corporate and agency requests can separate appliance approval from logistics approval when different stakeholders need to sign off.
Customers should disclose stairs, tight turns, parking restrictions, lift access, narrow doorways, and fixed move-in or handover times.
Installation is not assumed. Electrical, plumbing, integrated fitting, and gas work may require qualified trades and should be confirmed before order.
Gas appliances must be tested, installed, and certified by a qualified Gas Safe engineer before use.
